Integrated Automatic Z-Axis probe system: Automatically triggers the tool probing cycle after a tool change, compensating for tool length differences in real time; while greatly improving machining accuracy, it eliminates the risk of manual errors and ensures machining safety.
- Cleaning Device and Output Control Interface
Equipped with a fully enclosed transparent dust cover, the NB4 control system can automatically open and close the cover, effectively isolating chips and dust. A 24V output control interface is reserved to support connection to a tool cleaning system, which can automatically remove dust from the tool and collet nut, enhancing equipment reliability and durability.
