  • The stated R-values are achieved at weights and coverages specified in the table below when installed with pneumatic equipment in accordance with CertainTeed recommendations.

Basic Use: UltraTherm Fiber Glass Blowing Insulation is used in residential construction as a thermal insulation. It is de signed for pneumatic installation in a horizontal open blow.  

Benefits: This product is noncombustible, non corrosive and odor free. In addition, UltraTherm won’t settle, contains no chemicals to cause mildew and fun gus growth, pro vides no sustenance for vermin, contains no asbestos, won’t rot or decay and won’t absorb moisture.

Composition and Materials: UltraTherm is a bindered loose-fill fiber glass insulation designed for pneumatic application.

Limitations: UltraTherm is de signed for use at ambient temperatures in interior, weather protected locations. Pneumatic equipment must have an effective shredding section, a uniform con trolled feed system and ad e quate material/air capabilities. This product should be kept dry during shipping, storage and installation.
