How to use Fuel X & Fuel X PRO
Fuel X & Fuel X PRO is easily and quickly absorbed with minimal effect on the digestive system. Drink during training and racing to provide energy and avoid ‘bonking’ during endurance sport.
If you’re aiming to hit your carbs per hour, add one scoop of Fuel X Nude on top of our Fuel X Pro in other flavours so it doesn’t become too sweet.
Directions:
Add to 500-700ml (17-24 Oz) WATER, shake well to dissolve.
1 Scoop = 100 Calories
1-2 Scoops First Hour of Exercise
2-3 Scoops per hour thereafter
Use hunger as a guide!
