Bright - Honey - Floral

Loxarel Winery is a 50-hectare organic winery founded in the 1930s and located on Can Mayol Estate, in Vilobí del Penedès, an hour south west of Barcelona. Now helmed by 4th generation winemaker Josep Mitjans and his wife Teresa, Loxarel meticulously cultivates organic and biodynamic vineyards at altitudes between 500 and 700 meters.

This bright white blend features Muscat of Alexandria, Muscat of Frontignan and Xarel·lo grapes, harvested at dusk and cold-macerated for six hours before fermentation in stainless steel tanks. On the nose, you'll get white flowers, peaches and honeysuckle. The palate is ever so slightly tending towards the sweet - balanced and fresh with a honeyed touch.
