Pecan Bowl Blank P-468 2" x 6" x 6" 1.7 lbs. This is a small, shallow half-log bowl blank of Texas-grown Pecan wood. Its color is a soft tan to peachy light brown color with subtle darker-brown streaks of mineralization and a bit of black-line spalting. The wood grain has a pleasant and gracefully flowing pattern. It has nearly complete bark on the back side, although it is a bit loose and needs to be secured prior to turning. This half-log bowl blank should be suitable for a bowl 6" in diameter and up to 2" deep. With the bark on the backside, you have the option of turning a conventional bowl or a "barky" natural-edge bowl. However, if you want a full bark edge on the "natural" rim, you will need to secure the bark with CA glue before and possibly during turning. This piece is GREEN to partially air-dried, meaning that it still retains a lot of its original moisture from when it was a living tree. Moisture content was 20-25% when measured in May, 2022. It has been well-sealed and is in the process of slowly drying. It was heat-treated to kill off any hungry critters that may have been burrowing inside. If you need a current moisture content, please message us and we'll check its status for you. This is a classic half-log blank, split through the center of the log. I'm taking plenty of photos of this piece, so please scroll down below the first 3 photos to see more. About the Tree This Texas-grown Pecan tree was harvested in Fresno Texas in December, 2021. It was in a residential neighborhood where it had been planted near a home that was built in the 1930s. Over the years, the small Pecan tree grew large, and it threatened the house. The homeowners reluctantly called their tree company to cut down the tree and stack the wood for us to recover. We're always happy to save wood from the firepit or city dump. Their trash is now yours to treasure! |

Quality grills for e46 BMW
Size: For BMW E46 2002-2005
No reason to buy replacement grills at the dealer or even at an auto parts store. These are great quality for a fraction of the price...and you get both sides. Highly recommended if you have an e46 and the grill plastic has deteriorated and is loose. These grills are thick and robust. I like them better than the original. Fit is snug but they look great.

Fits like a glove

I was kind of skeptical to purchase this grille but ended up pulling the trigger on it , installation was not that hard, the hardest part is to swap the camera attachment to the non camera one , after that everything was a breeze, looks great and the material quality is no different from oem, will do another review after couple of months to give more info on the durability and paint fading ( if there’s any, hope not)

Instantly Changes The Look Of Your G20

Another great Amazon buy. Don't let the price or the crazy brand name keep you away. When I took the OEM grill off and compared it to this, it was pretty much spot on. All the clips are located in the right place, fits nice & snug and looks great. The most trouble I had was figuring out how to insert the front camera delete. There are no directions or videos explaining it. Once I concluded there's only one logical direction, I held my breath and applied the force that was needed to snap it into place. After that, it was a breeze (thanks to an unaffiliated YouTube video). Time will tell if it holds up (didn't like the other review that showed paint feeling off after a few weeks; not sure what that's about). If mine does the same, I'll surely update my review. For now, Highly Recommended.
