Product Overview
The LIVE Electrical RKA140B-030 Type A RCBO is a high-capacity, MCB-sized residual current breaker with overcurrent protection, engineered to deliver maximum safety and reliability in demanding electrical installations. It combines switching, isolation, overload protection and short-circuit protection within a compact, space-saving design.
Featuring a switched neutral as standard, this RCBO ensures that healthy circuits remain energised while isolating only the faulty circuit. The Type A protection enables detection of both AC and pulsating DC residual currents, making it suitable for modern electrical systems with electronic loads.
Rated at 40A with a 30mA residual current sensitivity and a robust 10kA breaking capacity, the RKA140B-030 provides dependable protection against electric shock, insulation faults and fire hazards caused by earth leakage, even in higher-load circuits.
