Brew Guide (starting point)

  • 1:16 coffee-to-water ratio
  • Water temp: ~200°F / 93°C
  • Grind: medium for drip and pour-over; medium-coarse for French press
  • Espresso: 1:2 ratio in ~28–32 seconds (adjust to taste)
