In this Utopian society, we all will work much less. Our robots can do nearly everything already. There is no need for great envy. It is simply about equality, justice, and the fair allocation of the complete and still necessary work, which then gives us ALL more leisure time.

Success means we will have time for the activities we like the most: fishing, farming, fencing, flying, ..., as well as gaming, building, painting, traveling, composing, and more. If somebody wants to work more than needed, they should do that. This is about the freedom! So let us rethink this: joblessness is not a disgrace, it is the new goal!

We are members of a team striving to realize this utopian ideal. We try to develop completely self-sustaining homes that function as efficiently as possible. They must generate enough food and energy to allow the residents the greatest possible freedom (thus, leisure time). The more people in our development who no longer need to work, the closer we are to reaching our goal! The player who builds the best development will win the game, and their development will become reality!

Clay-Like Texture, All-Day Control
When my go-to pomade was discontinued, I had to start the search all over again. After seeing several ads for Highland Glacial Hair Clay Pomade on social media, I decided to give it a try and ordered a tin. Right out of the can, you can tell this product is different. It’s very thick—almost like actual clay. At first, I wasn’t sure how it would work with my shorter hair. Pro tip: lightly wet your hands before working it in. Once you add a little moisture and warm it up between your fingers, it spreads much more easily and evenly. Applying it to damp hair makes styling smooth and straightforward. When first applied, the hold feels strong and structured. As the day goes on, it relaxes slightly but still keeps your hair in place without looking stiff or overly styled. I appreciate that it maintains shape while allowing a more natural finish as the hours pass. It is more expensive than some other options out there, but in my opinion, the performance justifies the price. For reference, my hair is short—slightly longer than a typical military regulation cut—so this review reflects how it performs on shorter styles. Overall, I’m happy with the switch and would recommend Highland Glacial Hair Clay Pomade to anyone looking for a strong, workable hold with a natural feel.

Good Stuff!
Can’t say enough good things about Highland’s Glacial Clay Pomade! Don’t let your initial reaction to its appearance fool you. This stuff is great! In the tin, it’s fairly thick, but I put less than a dime size amount on my fingertips, place it in my palm, and then rub my palms together and it quickly turns into a very delicate gel that I work into my hair. Unlike other products that leave your hair crispy or with a sheen, this dries invisibly and allows you to continue to adjust and manage your hair throughout the day without looking like you have anything in at all. It’s so easy to use and keeps my hair looking great all day. Smells great too! I feel good knowing that I’m putting something on my body that’s 100% natural even down to the aluminum tin, which is fully recyclable. I’ve been using this along with Highland’s shampoo “The Wash“ for a few months now and I swear my hair has never been softer. I’m a big fan of this company and their products!

It's a good pomade
This clay pomade is easiest to work with when the temperature is around 74F and higher. If the room temperature is around 66F, it takes longer to soften. I have thick, straight hair that sticks out if you cut it wrong. This pomade handles it pretty well. Once it's worked in, it holds the styling together. This stuff does not flatten the hair like regular pomade. Instead, it adds "body" or volume to your hair. There is no gloss. It settles in with no shine in your hair. And like most pomades, this Highland stuff also does a good job moistening dry hands. Another thing about this pomade is that it's hard to wash out, so if you keep it there, you can towel off and style your hair back in place without adding more fresh pomade. With delivery via Prime, it took 7 days, which isn't very prime. I could go to the drugstore and grab another brand of clay pomade in less than a day. This stuff is pricey, which I cannot figure out why. All-natural ingredients means they don't need to formulate compounds to make pomade, so it should cost less, but it's not. While it's a good product, I can't always afford the high price.
