First released in 1989 on cassette as E Is For Everything. Recorded at Mystic Studios in Hollywood 1984-1988. "Hit It" wrongfully labelled as "Hit It Hold It Back", repeating the name of the succeeding track. "Instramental" is the same as "Instrumental" from an earlier NOFX demo, only here it is presented in slightly shorter version. Around 2000, if ordered from the NOFX website, this record came with a note saying "This album was recorded between 1984-1986. It isn't very good".
