Vitaminen mineralen en aminozuren.
‘s Nachts heeft het lichaam meer behoefte aan de in vetoplosbare vitamines. De Multi Nacht Mama voorziet in extra vitamine D3 met een dosering van 25 mcg en vitamine E in de goed opneembare vorm D-alfa-tocoferol acetaat 30 mg. Vitamine F K2 en Ascorbyl palmitaat (vitamine C). Deze in vetoplosbare vitamine C is van belang voor het normaal functioneren van het zenuwstelsel en de psychologische functies.
Er wordt vaak gewaarschuwd voor de gevaren van een te veel aan vitamine A voor zwangere vrouwen terwijl de behoefte hieraan wel degelijk tijdens de periode van de zwangerschap en borstvoeding hoger is. Bij de samenstelling van de Multi nacht Mama is gekozen voor een veilige en toch een belangrijke dosering van vitamine A in de vorm van retinol acetaat en 6 mg natuurlijke bèta caroteen. Dit zal nooit leiden tot een te hoog vitamine A gehalte.
De in vetoplosbare vitamines zijn vitamines die we nodig hebben als anti-oxidant ter bescherming van de cellen tegen schade door vrije radicalen waar we aan blootgesteld worden mede door de druk van het huidige leefmilieu.
Vitamine D ijzer magnesium calcium en zink hebben een gunstige invloed op het celdelingsproces en dragen bij aan het proces van celvernieuwing. Calcium speelt een rol in het proces van celdifferentiatie. Zink is nodig bij de opbouw van eiwitten en vernieuwing van weefsel. Om de ontwikkeling van het kind zo optimaal mogelijk te laten verlopen is er een extra behoefte aan jodium maar vooral ook mineralen zoals ijzer boron magnesium calcium molybdeen kalium selenium en zink. De Multi Nacht Mama voorziet in deze extra behoefte.

less early morning blowouts!

As a mom of a very active toddler, finding a diaper that actually holds up overnight has been a journey. We recently switched to the Huggies Size 7 Overnites, and overall, I’m really glad we did.
First, the biggest win: way fewer blowouts. Before this, we were dealing with middle-of-the-night sheet changes more often than I’d like to admit. Since using these, that’s pretty much stopped, which alone has been a huge quality-of-life improvement for both me and my toddler.
They’re also super absorbent compared to regular diapers. My little one sleeps long stretches, and these definitely hold more overnight without feeling overly bulky or uncomfortable. The fit is snug but still flexible, which is great because he moves a lot in his sleep.
That said, they’re not 100% perfect for us. We still get the occasional small pee leak, especially if he’s had a lot to drink before bed or sleeps in certain positions. BUT—and this is important—it’s still so much better than what we were dealing with before. Instead of full outfit and bedding changes, it’s usually just slightly damp pajamas.
Overall, I’d absolutely recommend these to other parents dealing with overnight messes. They’ve significantly reduced our stress and cleanup, even if they’re not completely leak-proof for every single night.
If you’re on the fence and struggling with overnight blowouts, these are definitely worth trying.

Best Overnight Diapers Ever – Dry Mornings Every Time!

These Huggies Overnites have been a total lifesaver for us! My baby used to wake up with wet pajamas almost every morning, but since switching to these, no more leaks at all. They’re super soft and gentle on the skin, and even after a full night’s sleep, they stay dry and comfortable. The fit is snug but not tight, and the stretch around the legs keeps everything secure without leaving marks.
I really like that they’re a little thicker than daytime diapers but still breathable. The absorbency is amazing — it easily lasts through 10–12 hours, even for a baby who drinks a lot before bed. They also don’t have a strong smell or weird texture like some other brands.
Honestly, these have made bedtime so much easier. No middle-of-the-night changes, no wet sheets, and a much happier baby in the morning. They’re worth every penny!

Great Overnight Protection With Minor Fit Issues

These Huggies Overnites work really well for keeping my child dry through the night. They absorb a lot and significantly reduced overnight leaks compared to regular diapers. The material also feels soft and comfortable, and I like that they don’t have a strong chemical smell.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the fit seems slightly bulky, especially under pajamas, and occasionally the tabs don’t stay perfectly secure after a lot of movement during sleep. Overall though, they’re reliable and definitely one of the better overnight diaper options I’ve tried.

Sleep Well!
I ordered the 5 mg tablets by accident (meant to order 2.5), but decided not to send them back. I am glad I kept them, because the 5 mg seems to work more effectively for me than the 2.5mg did. I don't need to use them every night anymore, and think it may be that I am generally sleeping better than I did before beginning the 5 mg dosage.
As we age, our bodies don't produce as much melatonin on their own, and I have found that the Source Naturals peppermint melatonin works best for me. I have been using this brand for over 10 years now, and will continue now that I have switched to the 5mg dosage.
The melatonin doesn't keep me asleep, but seems to help me fall asleep and sleep more peacefully once I am asleep. It is a natural, non-addicting supplement, and I would much rather use something natural than something narcotic or habit forming.
I place one tablet under my tongue at bedtime and let it slowly dissolve. It takes about 10 minutes to dissolve, and usually I am almost asleep by the time it has vanished. A good night’s sleep makes for a happy and productive day following.
