Verkregen door superkritische CO2 extractie
PEO® is de afkorting voor Parent Essential Oil. Hiermee worden oliën bedoeld die niet-geoxideerd zijn o.a. door het verwerkingsproces. Dat lukt het beste door gebruik te maken van de superkritische CO2 extractie methode, wat bij lage temperatuur, milieuvriendelijk en zuurstofvrij plaatsvindt. Deze PEO zwartebessenzaad olie bevat niet geoxideerde omega-3 en omega-6 oliën in de juiste verhouding tot elkaar, namelijk 1:3.

Samenstelling per dagdosering van 4 vegicaps:
2.000 mg PEO zwartebessenzaad olie
Ingrediënten
Zwartebessenzaadolie, vegicapsule (gemodificeerd maïszetmeel, glycerol, carrageenan, dinatriumfosfaat) en antioxidant (alpha-tocopherol, rozemarijnextract), beta caroteen
Gebruik
De eerste 20 tot 40 dagen als start dosering: 2x daags 3 capsules. Hierna als onderhoudsdosering: 2x daags 2 capsules tijdens de maaltijd.
Voor kinderen vanaf 5 jaar en ouder, de helft van bovengenoemde dosering.
Niet geschikt voor kinderen t/m 4 jaar.

Best sunscreen brand! Fair, sensitive-skinned and rely on this

Alba Botanica is my favorite brand for sunscreen products and it checks all the boxes on my list: Excellent long lasting coverage, fine mist spray and easy coverage cream versions, great for my sensitive skin (no breakouts- I do NOT use it on my face though), the Hawaiian fragrance is pleasant, it’s reef safe (a big one for me as a snorkel/dive aficionado), and organic ingredients. The large size lasts 5 full days when on a boat all day in the Carribbean, and I only apply it twice (once in morning, and again midday.) I have fair skin, and I never burn. The spray version is, by nature of its aerosol capacity, a bit drying on the skin, but this is to be expected, and it creates a long lasting barrier. The cream version is a wonderful emollient, although not quite as long lasting. Best deal is only in the summer season at CostCo for a 2 pack... in my searches, Amazon has the best deal otherwise.

This Babyganics 3X detergent checks all the right boxes for me. It cleans really well, even on tough baby stains, yet it's super gentle — no harsh smell or irritation. I appreciate that it’s fragrance-free and made with safer ingredients, so I can feel confident using it on baby clothes, towels, and the whole family’s laundry. Plus, it’s concentrated, so the bottle lasts. If you want a reliable, baby-safe detergent you actually enjoy using — this is it.
