Het Eventuri Verschil

De Mercedes A35 Eventuri Turbo Buis is ontwikkeld om de turbo van een minder restrictieve luchtstroom te voorzien in vergelijking met de standaard buis. Eventuri heeft het interne volume vergroot en het geribbelde flexibele gedeelte aan de luchtkastzijde verwijderd. Door een volledig solide buis te gebruiken, van de inlaat tot aan de turbo, is het stroompad vloeiender, waardoor de luchtstroom meer laminair blijft. Om rekening te houden met motorbewegingen, heeft Eventuri's A35-inlaat een "zwevende" buis, die kan bewegen binnen de luchtkast. De vorm van de carbon buis aan de turbozijde is geoptimaliseerd met behulp van CFD om turbulentie te minimaliseren. De verbinding met de turbo wordt gerealiseerd door een innovatieve siliconen koppeling met een interne thermische scheiding tussen de carbon buis en de metalen turbo-behuizing. De meerdere ventilatieaansluitingen aan de achterkant van de buis worden verzorgd door een CNC-gefreesd blok, dat ook een glad intern oppervlak biedt voor de luchtstroom binnen de buis.
