Eerst wordt het oppervlak bestraald voor een goede hechting van de volgende lagen. Vervolgens wordt er bij een temperatuur van 20.000 °C een plasma laag die bijna net zo hard is als diamant opgebracht die beschermt tegen krassen. De derde nabewerking is een laag van mineraaldeeltjes die weerstand biedt tegen langdurige slijtage. Daarop volgt een anti-corrosie laag voor optimale bescherming tegen agressieve afwasmiddelen en fruitzuren. De laatste laag is de supersterke Lotan antiaanbaklaag, een sterke en slijtvaste laag die het Duitse merk zelf heeft ontwikkeld.
De pannen worden in de fabriek met de hand gegoten en ondergaan een strenge kwaliteitscontrole.

Well made… for children?

This review is for the 30” tall one.
I’m honestly struggling to find a great use case for how short this is.
I don’t have children or am associated with any institution where they may be some.
I could see it being used for creating that type of sound barrier.
The panel itself is very well made. Looks and feels like an air wall that you’d see in a convention center.
I can absolutely tell there’s an acoustic absorption property to it.
The whole thing unrolls quickly and is fast to deploy.
As far as privacy goes, it’s kind of useless unless you are trying to wall in small children.
I can’t really say the value is all here for this. Seems quite a bit more expensive than it’s worth.

Very pleased

This works great, and I find it to be very effective at soundproofing. The hinge is good quality, and it rolls up easily. It is slightly on the heavier side, but that is to be expected considering its larger size. The materials used to make it are top quality, and it will last a long time.

I've used this from a large ballroom to a small social quarters. From a Halloween party to new years and birthday parties.
Make sure you get the correct remote "FC-T" some are getting packed with the old style that is not compatible
