Willem-II-Gazelle was een Nederlandse wielerploeg die werd opgericht in 1966. De Nederlandse ploeg werd gesponsord door het sigaren bedrijf Willem-II en het bekende fietsbedrijf Gazelle. De ploeg van Willem-II reed daarom ook op de fietsen de ontworpen waren door Gazelle. Rik van Looy, de ster rijder van Willem II, werd 4e in het klassement van het toernooi Giro d’Italia.
