Un Riesling base semi-dolce (in tedesco "Lieblich"), con zucchero e acidità residua rispettivamente a quota 39 e 8,4, che ci piace per l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo che permette ai degustatori alle prime armi di godersi senza paura i vini tedeschi. Il Mosel Riesling 2014, con il suo aspetto fruttato e minerale, rappresenta appieno quello che Ernst Loosen afferma essere il suo Benvenuto nella Mosella.
Si abbina perfettamente con piatti freschi come cruditè di crostacei e frutti di mare o carpaccio di pesce spada.

Much Nicer Set Than I'd Expected.

Heavyweight blades, nice handles, good balance and SHARP! I cut myself the first time I used a knife from this set - so be careful - but hey, better sharp than not.
Does not take up a lot of counter space and the wood block is quite beautiful.
Just the right number and types of knives - no BS scissors or stupid sharpeners bulking it out.
