Magnet Anchors (Sold as Pair – Set of 2): Super-strong neodymium magnets provide a solid anchor point to any ferrous metal surface, which make them useful in situations where the body of a vehicle is too contoured or uneven for suction cups to adhere properly. They can be left in place on most vehicle roofs, as long as they are placed near seams or other reinforced areas of the vehicle body. These anchors include protective silicone booties. These durable silicone covers slide over the Magnet Anchor to further protect your vehicle finish without compromising the strength of the anchor. Adhesive Anchors (Sold as Pair – Set of 2): These fiberglass-reinforced ABS plastic anchors securely mount to any reasonably flat surface, even textured fiberglass, such as those found on many pop-up campers, trailers, conversion vans, and Jeep Wranglers. The super-sticky 3M VHB backed anchors work where suction cups and magnets won’t, forming a semi-permanent (they won’t come off until you remove them, basically) anchor that you can clip your MoonShade corner carabiners to. All adhesive anchor kits also include aluminum extension eyelets, which work great for tall vehicles, vans, or RVs without roof rails. The extension posts allow for easier access to anchor your MoonShade with our tall-connect cords, so once you set them into place, you don’t need access to the roof to set up or take down your MoonShade.

Pad Eye Anchors (Sold as Pair – Set of 2): Strongest permanent anchoring method using stainless steel pad and eye mounted with 3M VHB adhesive and included self-tapping screws. Click HERE to see MoonShade's Magnet Anchor installation video. 

Sprinter Rail Anchors (Sold as Pair – Set of 2): Designed for NCV3 (2006-present) Sprinters with factory roof rails, these anchors kits include laser cut aluminum nuts that drop anywhere into the rail and lock into place by tightening the stainless steel eye bolt, so there’s no need to remove your roof rack, solar panels, or other existing hardware. All-stainless and aluminum hardware won’t rust, and provide a secure, permanent mounting point for your MoonShade.
