The brushes included in this kit did come out a little bent, but as shown on the product page, when I dipped them in hot water they straightened right out. Intrigued, I decided to try that with the original brushes. They cam out looking like new! The only con is that the filters don't look like a perfect fit. The foam seems very minutely smaller than the original and the pleated filter seems slightly thicker.
