This Prepared He Shou Wu will not be laxative for the vast majority of users. It is prepared by boiling with black beans, and this is done in China before any other processing. Prepared He Shou Wu is one of the most important herbs in the world. It quickly replenishes Jing for those who have abused themselves or have lost their Jing due to chronic and/or acute stress, overwork, combat, excessive sex and so on. It can be miraculous, and it is quick. The primary active constituent of He Shou Wu, known as THSG, is very similar to resveratrol and may be stronger. I love this product but I'm incredibly disappointed the bottle is only half full. It is not sticky and has a beautiful spray distribution. It is easy to apply but also appears the glow fades easily. This product is incredibly functional and beautiful. 5 stars if it was a full product
