Assaggio fresco e sapido, risulta elegante grazie all’acidità cremosa.Il Blanc de Blancs di Marcalberto è prodotto con uve chardonnay in purezza raccolte nei vigneti di Cossano Belbo, ad una quota compresa tra i 480 e i 520 metri sul livello del mare dove i suoli sono marcatamente calcarei. Il vino base matura in legno per 8 mesi e la presa di spuma è svolta in bottiglia come previsto dal “metodo classico”. Uno spumante cremoso, dalla notevole freschezza gustativa.
Ottimo al momento dell’aperitivo, si abbina all’astice in salsa e al baccalà in tempura.

Great pillow, but…..
I love this pillow for its cooling and adjustability. The only issue is that the cover peels. These tiny nylon thread knots and pulls are annoying in the middle of the night. I do not think it will stop.
