Seat swivels are tested and comply with European TUV standards. Note they have not been tested for DOT FMVSS 207, S4.2, S4.3
*These swivels are not engineered to be rotated while someone is sitting on the seat. This could cause damage to the swivel and will result in a metal abrasion sound.
