Produced from Glera with small percentages of historic native varieties (Bianchetta, Verdiso, Perera), this wine reflects Mongardas precise and terroir driven approach to Prosecco Superiore. The soils, composed of calcareous conglomerates rich in iron and aluminium silicates, give the wine structure and sapid depth.
