Has a paint spot, a couple holes on the bottom front, minor fraying on the collar, a bit of the bottom hem has come apart, and a tiny pinhole has been patched from the inside. The hole should not spread further and skin will not show through it. No other flaws noticed. Tag is a Small but I feel it measures more similar to a modern X-Small. Check measurements to ensure fit.
