The Magnatone Starlite joins the Magnatone Standard Line-up as the youngest member. Covered in Traditional Brown, the Starlite is ideally suited for backstage, studio, bedroom or office due to its low wattage. With its classic American tone, the Starlite can easily compete with other compact amps.
The Starlite is equipped with an 8 inch loudspeaker produced by WGS in the United States. It is powered by a 5 Watt power amp with 6V6 tube and a 12AX7 tube in the preamp. The sound of the amp is adjustable by Volume and Tone controls, the latter being specially designed to serve as a mid-cut below the 12 o'clock position.
The amp also features a Negative Feedback switch that lowers the gain and changes the response. Like every Magnatone, the Starlite also comes with a Rolls Royce amps cover.
