25g whey protein per scoop to help you recover every day

Insane Whey is a no-frills whey protein powder that helps you nail your daily protein needs. Each scoop gives you 25g of protein, 3g carbs, about 1.2g sugar, from whey protein concentrate 80% and 90%. It's made for everyday use, not some high-end isolate. The idea is simple: good protein amount, not too many calories, easy to fit in after workouts or whenever you need it.

The star here is the protein. 25g of quality whey is spot on for kicking off muscle repair in most folks. Whey has all the essential aminos you need, plus lots of leucine – that's the one that flips the switch for building muscle after a session. In real life, it means better recovery over time, sticking to your protein plan, and steady gains when everything else is on point.

There's a bit of vitamins and minerals too, but they're not the main event. You've got thiamine at 0.04mg, riboflavin at 0.27mg, niacin at 0.07mg, vitamin B6 at 0.04mg, vitamin B12 at 2mcg, phosphorus at 108mg, magnesium at 18mg, and zinc at 0.08mg. These help with stuff like turning carbs into energy (thiamine), energy production in cells (riboflavin and niacin), handling aminos (B6), and keeping blood cells and nerves going (B12). Phos

Insane Labz Whey 60 by Insane Labz contains 1713mg Alanine, a effective dose for health and performance.

Key Highlights

  • 25g protein per serving – that's the heart of this thing. It's a solid amount that helps kickstart muscle repair for most people, perfect for after workouts or keeping muscles happy.
  • Whey concentrate blend – uses whey protein concentrate 80% and 90%, no vague labels. You're getting a straightforward dairy protein with good essential aminos and natural leucine for muscle support.
  • 3g carbs per serving – keeps it light so it fits into building muscle or dropping fat without loading you up on extras.
  • About 1.2g sugar per serving – not too sweet for a flavored protein, which is great if you're watching calories but still want something tasty you'll actually drink.
  • 60 servings per tub – built for the long haul, not just a few tries. Makes it easy to make protein a habit, and that's where the real wins come from.
  • No stims in here – sip it after workouts, between meals, or even at night without messing up your sleep. Fits right into your whole day.
  • Includes thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, B6, and B12 – these help with energy and amino processing. Doses aren't huge, but they add some basic support to the protein.
  • Phosphorus at 108mg – this mineral is key for energy molecules like ATP and strong bones. In a protein shake, it ties in nicely with muscle and energy needs.

Who Is This For?

  • Lifters on muscle-building programs needing easy daily protein hits. 25g whey is right for sparking muscle repair, great after sessions or between meals when food's not enough.
  • Busy folks training early or late without time for full meals. A quick whey shake gives portable protein for recovery, no big prep.
  • People cutting fat but wanting to hold muscle. 25g protein, low sugar, light carbs help keep intake high without extra calories.
  • Newbies fixing the big gym issue: not enough protein. Keeps it simple with standard whey, no overload of extras.
  • Casual gym-goers who eat decent but miss protein on busy days or trips. One scoop anchors it, post-gym or as a bridge.
  • Strength trainers focused on recovery basics over fancy labels. Not a performance booster, but 25g whey supports heavy lifting adaptation.

How to Use

Mix 1 scoop with 6-10 oz cold water, milk, or whatever you like, shake it up smooth. Hit it post-workout for quick protein or anytime you're low. Milk makes it creamier with more calories; water keeps it light and fast. Since it's whey concentrate, if your gut's picky, try half first. No need to dodge food, but it's best near workouts or low-protein spots. Stacks great with creatine, pre-workouts, or carbs based on goals. No cycling needed – protein isn't like that. Keep it cool and dry to stay fresh.

What to Expect

First 0-10 minutes: you taste it, feel the texture, and see how it settles – no big rush since it's not a stim thing. 10-30 minutes: no wild kick, it's about getting nutrients in. Hours after workout, that 25g whey feeds aminos for recovery. Days 1-7: you start nailing protein goals easier with a reliable scoop. Weeks 2-4: builds into better muscle keep, recovery, and diet sticking. It's for the repeat, not one big wow.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much protein does Insane Whey provide per serving?

Each serving provides 25g of protein. That is the central reason to use the formula and places it in the practical range commonly used to support muscle protein synthesis after training.

What type of protein is used in Insane Whey?

The available label data lists a protein blend made from whey protein concentrate 80% and whey protein concentrate 90%. The exact ratio is not disclosed, so you know the source category but not the exact weighting of each concentrate.

Is Insane Whey a whey isolate?

No, this appears to be a whey concentrate-based blend rather than a pure whey isolate formula. That usually means a more conventional texture and potentially more lactose than an isolate-only product.

Is this good for post-workout recovery?

Yes. The 25g whey protein dose is the reason it works well post-workout, because whey provides fast-digesting essential amino acids that help support muscle repair and recovery after training.

Can I use Insane Whey during a cut?

Yes. With 25g protein, about 3g carbs, and low sugar, it fits well into calorie-controlled phases where the priority is preserving lean mass while keeping total calories manageable.

Does this product contain stimulants or caffeine?

No stimulant ingredients are present in the available formula data. This is a protein powder, so it can be used later in the day without the sleep concerns associated with pre-workouts.

Is Insane Whey suitable for people with lactose intolerance?

It depends on tolerance level. Because the protein sources are whey concentrates rather than a pure isolate, users with significant lactose sensitivity may experience more GI discomfort than they would with an isolate-based product.

Are the added vitamins and minerals performance-dosed?

Not really. The B vitamins and minerals add nutritional background support, but most are present at modest levels rather than the higher doses used when minerals like magnesium or zinc are intentionally formulated for standalone performance benefits.

Can I stack Insane Whey with creatine?

Yes, and that is one of the best pairings. The whey supports amino acid delivery for recovery, while creatine helps replenish phosphocreatine for repeated high-intensity effort and long-term strength output.

Do I need to cycle this product?

No. Protein powders do not require cycling because they work by helping you consistently meet your daily protein intake, not by stimulating receptors that desensitize over time.

I would not recommend if you can afford something more expensive
So far the sublimated color is not true: (example) the pretty pink comes out as orange on both polyester fabric and wooden coaster using the only three setting on the printer: paper, photo glossy, photo matt. There is no “presentation” setting for the excellent color I had on the Epson ET-2800 (which I would NOT recommend for durability nor Epson’s customer service!). I purchased Epson, again, ONLY because I could not afford other sublimation printers and this one had the best reviews of what I could find. But Epson has its customers held hostage by way of the ink. IF YOU USE ANY BRAND SUBLIMATION INK OTHER THAN EPSON, THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. And Epson ink is EXPENSIVE (“average” is ~ $0.55/print based on 200 pages/bottle) when compared to the brand offered on Amazon as a substitute. So I’d recommend buying the Assurion coverage if you plan to use sublimation ink other than Epson. That is the ONLY thing that saved me when the ET-2800 went Caput (twice!). (The last time it was trashed, so Assurion refunded the original purchase price—within the mfr warranty time which Epson refused to honor.)

Get’s the job done.
It works good. It didn't come with a cord or clear instructions on how to use it. I used my cord from my printer to get it started. I would have sent it back but you can't once you add ink.

Works great as advertised
Style: Printer & Inks, Style: Printer & Inks
Working great so far! Enjoying starting doing sublimation work. A rookie a few weeks in and it's going well. Print quality is decent. Not having paper jam issues. Was easy to setup. I had to goto Epson and download a current print driver to get all the print properties and printer settings I needed. Was easy. After I installed the 2nd driver and saw it worked better, then I uninstalled the 1st epson driver. Helped allow for 8.5 x 14 page size and high quality. Just a few options needed that were not showing on the original print driver. Took me a few days to figure out what was going on. It helped with the quality of the prints after I got the better driver. So the end product is better also.

Prints great, wifi was an issue
Style: Printer & Inks
Got the printer a week ago and have printed something every day so far and the quality of the prints have been fantastic. Arrived and set up without any major issues, other than not being able to connect to my local wifi. Had to get an Ethernet cable to connect to it.
