Belt heat is a huge issue and is the #1 cause of belt failure, especially when adding horsepower. Pushing more air through the CVT system drastically reduces belt and clutch temperature, and that results in longer belt and clutch life. Due to our high speed terrain and riding style, we can go out and blow a belt even with a properly tuned clutch setup within a ride. We know just how to torture test the CVT, which is why we felt the need to develop this product. We spent many months testing different setups to develop a blower that would not only push a huge amount of air, but that would last under continuous off road running conditions. The factory clutches pull 350-400 CFM at higher RPM's and many other fan kits restrict flow when you need it the most. The Super Blower does not restrict flow! High output blower pushes 600-700CFM Draws 15 amps to start, and 4 continuous amps while running High quality motor for maximum life and continuous operation Metal fan blades are rugged and strong to hold up to abuse Includes a battery wire harness and a generic round rocker switch Reduces peak belt temps by 30-50 degrees No cutting up your factory tube!
