Administration: Intramuscular Or Intravenous Push Over 3 To 5 Minutes Or Intermittent Infusion Over 15 To 30 Minutes. Preparation for Administration: **Intramuscular : Using Sterile Water For Injection , lidocaine 0.5%, or 1% - Vial 500 mg Reconstituted with 1.5 ml Of Sterile Water For Injection , Lidocaine 0.5%, or 1%. - Vial 1 g Reconstituted with 3 ml Of Sterile Water For Injection , lidocaine 0.5%, or 1 %. ** Intravenous : - Vial 500 mg >> Reconstitute With 5.3 ml SWFI. - Vial 1 g >> Reconstitute With 10 ml SWFI. - Vial 2 g >> Reconstitute With 10 ml SWFI. Storage : Once Reconstituted Must Be Used Within 12 Hours If Stored At Room Temperature Or Within 3 Days If Stored Under Refrigeration.
