FeedingOmnivorous. Accepts a wide range of foods:
- High-quality flakes and pellets
- Frozen or live foods such as brine shrimp, daphnia, and bloodworms
- Occasional vegetable matter to support coloration
Peaceful schooling fish best kept in groups of 6 or more. Compatible with:
- Other rainbowfish of similar size
