Note For all Honda Models – This is for use with our Honda V2 race head or other similar size 26mm intake port race heads. We recommend this for use with 88-125cc setups. CT70s and ATC70 require dual feed petcock TBW0133
Note for all Chinese models – This is for use with our Honda V2 race head. It works well with most 125-160cc Chinese engines with 26mm intake ports (Some 70-125cc engines have a 21mm intake port).
Tuning required
Note: Make sure the air fuel screw is 1.5 turns out from bottom before you start tuning.
Carb kit is installed in a similar manner to any other carbureted engine. For most Honda applications the carburetor is 2x the size of the OEM carb making for a tight fit. The black spacer included is not needed if it does not fit.
There are no installation instructions, but if you can replace your piston, you can install this kit. If you don’t have any experience working on your engine, we highly recommend having a professional technician install this kit or, at a minimum, purchasing the shop manual for your bike available from your local Kawasaki or Suzuki dealer. The parts are installed in the same manner as the OEM parts.
