CLARY SAGE - Clary Sage has a balancing effect on the nervous system and is often used to lessen the frequency and severity of anxiety attacks. Vertigo can often be worsened by anxiety, and so clary sage’s powerful, grounding effects can help us to keep symptoms under control.
GINGER - Ginger can help improve blood flow to the brain, which can help with balance and prevent light-headedness. It interrupts the feedback between the stomach and the nausea center of the brain.
TANGERINE - Can help relieve symptoms of vestibular disorders like dizziness, and is a natural mood enhancer.
CYPRESS - Cypress oil can help with vertigo by increasing blood flow to the brain, which can improve alertness and cognitive function. This can reduce feelings of dizziness and light-headedness
PEPPERMINT - Peppermint essential oil is extremely effective for vertigo because it can improve blood flow, which peripheral vertigo can affect. Additionally, peppermint oil can treat tension headaches since it contains menthol, which is a natural pain reliever.
FRANKINCENSE - A very grounding oil that has powerful anti-inflammatory properties. Frankincense can cross the blood-brain barrier and is effective in relieving vertigo symptoms.
ORGANIC APRICOT KERNEL OIL (Roll-On) - Lightweight carrier oil that is easily absorbed .Great for all skin types including sensitive skin. Rich in vitamins and fatty acids.

HOW TO USE ROLL-ON : Apply to temples, back of the neck, chest, pulse points, or rub between palms and inhale. Use as often as needed
HOW TO USE INHALER: Hold one nostril closed while holding inhaler up to nose. Inhale deeply. Repeat on other side. Use as often as needed.
