High strength wheel studs increase safety and prevent lug failure from the high stresses of racing. They are required by the N.H.R.A. and other racing organizations for certain classes.

They feature special "Speed Starter" tips to prevent cross threading, and a reduced length (compared to standard 3 inch racing studs) to minimize time spent threading the lug nuts on. They're longer than your stock studs, so you can run wheel spacers if you need them, but shorter than other studs so they fit under most center caps.

They're made by ARP, so you know they're strong, and they are cadmium plated to prevent corrosion. Studs feature a 0.625" knurl, making them a direct fit into 1979-2004 rear axles and 1979-1993 front rotors. 1994-2004 front hubs must be slightly enlarged with a 39/64" drill bit. This can be done easily with a hand drill.
