This full kit adapts an IBC tank to a white AdBlue-compatible fuel nozzle with a metal dispensing tip, making it the perfect comprehensive fuelling solution for farms, workshops and construction sites. It includes an ergonomically designed, lightweight fuel gun nozzle with pull-trigger control for precise dispensing, stainless-steel hose clips for a secure, leak-proof connection, an S60×6 IBC tank adaptor for compatibility with intermediate bulk containers, and a flexible braided fuel hose to ensure smooth, safe fuel flow.
The braided fuel hose is constructed from oil-resistant synthetic rubber and reinforced with a textile braid to resist kinks and handle high pressures. Its clear outer sheath allows you to visually monitor flow and spot any blockages or contamination at a glance. Rated for use between −40 °C and +100 °C, it meets automotive and industrial specifications for non-corrosive fluids.
The white AdBlue-compatible fuel gun nozzle features a robust metal tip to withstand DEF chemicals and provide precise dispensing without clogging or corrosion. Its 3/4″ barb inlet grips the hose securely to minimise spills, while the pull-trigger mechanism ensures smooth, accurate flow control for consistent refuelling of machinery, vehicles or plant equipment.
The IBC tank adaptor, moulded from robust, chemical- and UV-resistant plastic, fits any S60×6-threaded IBC outlet and provides a 3/4″ barbed hosetail for direct hose attachment. Together, these components guarantee a tight, leak-proof seal and dependable fluid transfer in demanding industrial and agricultural environments.
