Within this volume youÕll find the expansive magic of the PCT captured in their vivid photographs and candid writings.
Between the Mexican and Canadian borders, the PCT passes through 48 wilderness areas, six national parks and 28 forest service units, dipping in and out of nineteen major canyons and traversing over 57 major mountain passes along the way. From the arid expanse of the Mojave Desert to the temperate rainforests of Washington State, the trail passes through what is arguably some of the most varied and breathtaking country in the world.
