平穩的吟釀和彷如青蘋果或梅子的酸味。剛開樽時會有少許苦澀味，但接觸到空氣後甘味會逐漸湧現，味道亦會變得平衡。可以稍微冷凍一下，或是天氣變得清涼時常溫下飲用。含有少許蜂蜜或穀物般的香氣，沒有其他雜味，酸味突出，不太有熟成的風味。
山田錦和美山錦帶來的豐富旨味，餘韻短的關係，很容易配合不同的料理。
當季的煎魚和烤魚等，吟釀香一邊帶岀食材的香氣，一邊增添旨味和酸味。

LOVE THIS PRODUCT, would’ve gotten 5 stars but i threw it for my dog and it split in half on contact with the floor. It had lasted us well over 5 months, it’s not his favorite toy but he’ll pick it sometimes, i wouldn’t say it’s unsafe in half just don’t give the smaller parts!
