How to fit onto the user:

Lie The Wearer On Their Side And Place Diaper With Open Wings Into Correct Position So That The Wearer Can Roll Back Onto The Pad Of Diaper, Gently Pull The Front Of The Diaper Up Between The Legs And Fan Out The Wings Of The Diape,Secure The Diaper By Fastening All 4 Tabs On The Wings Onto The Front Of The Diaper. The Tabs Can Be Re-Positioned To Ensure Comfortable Fit.

This is a bit of a statement piece. It appears to be machined out of a solid piece of metal. Gold toned, it shows you have arrived. It is a bit weighty. It can hold a large ring cigar; a Robusto would be no problem. A Churchill would be too long. It does the job. It comes with a dropper for the distilled water and some Ziploc type bags (not sure why they are included). It's worth the selling price of $8.90 . Great as a gift as well.
