Additional training and control modes optionally provide an immediate or subsequent performance check under training conditions. The included lifelike silicone skin is extremely durable and can be exchanged quickly and easily when necessary. The intramuscular simulator is supplied with:- Two AA batteries

- 21 gauge (0.8 x 50mm) injection cannula

Cooling pillowcase

These cooling pillowcases are fabulous. I just have one complaint they snap at the end instead of having a zipper, which could be uncomfortable if you’re laying on that snap. Also, it’s very hard to unfasten.

Great pillow. When i opened it, i noticed a strange smell, i assumed its the smell of whatever they use to make the pillow stay cool. You have to fluff it for a good amount of time to make sure the cooling agent spreads well in the foam. Is what i assumed atleast. Its a perfect amount of softness for me. Pair it with some bamboo pillow cases and you got a good night of sleep
