When taken as a standalone supplement, ake two capsules twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Instructions When Taking in the Fat Blaster bundle:
Metabolism Histamine: 1 capsule, 2 times per day, between meals on an empty stomach or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Metabolism Enzyme Balance: 3-5 capsules, 2 times per day between meals on an empty stomach or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Metabolism Metals: 2 capsules, 2 times per day between meals on an empty stomach or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Best results for this combination is seen when products are taken away from food by 30 minutes and for a minimum of 30 days.
