三井の寿中最高級別的一款酒。使用極上的糸島産山田錦作為原料米、以最好的技術精米。把磨好的米放入酒袋後完全不加壓、從袋中滴出來的每一滴酒用名為斗瓶的容器裝著、最後當酒熟成後才入樽。
跟釀造十四代的高木酒造的關係十分之好、十四代所開發的酒未來（酒米）、或十四代使用的愛山（酒米）也有用來釀造他們的日本酒。
而且、SLAM DUNK的作者十分喜歡他們的日本酒、因此三分波神射手三井寿名字的由來正是「三井の寿」。必定要試試每年不斷進化三井の寿的出品。
