The Lptn/LTN/XCL1 (Lymphotactin) ELISA Kit is a Sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human Lptn/LTN/XCL1. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells then with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Human Lptn/LTN/XCL1. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain Human Lptn/LTN/XCL1, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of Human Lptn/LTN/XCL1 in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

This relay has experienced failure again after just a couple of months of use. It's not the mag coil that fails but rather the contacts are of such low quality that they corrode beyond their ability to conduct power, and fast. I have had to change two of these so far and am on the third one. The seller will ship replacements but who wants to keep replacing them? I have to travel in my RV with a spare. This relay has never been exposed to the elements. It's safely mounted inside a sealed bay. Be aware of any brands that look like this, they are all the same.
