The triple-layer tablet is specially designed so that its ingredients are released as needed throughout the night.
The first layer , which is released quickly, contains Melatonin which helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, as well as Phenylcapsaicin, vitamins D and B6. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.
The second layer , which is gradually released during the night, contains Tryptophan, a precursor to serotonin, as well as Passionflower and California Poppy extracts that contribute to relaxation and sleep quality.
The third layer releases Valerian and Lemon Balm which contribute to relaxation and a refreshing sleep.
