After working with the group on their Out of Body EP and split with Lite, Topshelf Records keeps the train a rolling with the release of singular Japanese act Mouse on the Keys' aptly titled third album Tres. The group is well-known for blurring genres and Tres is no exception, traversing dark and avant-garde electronica, minimalist neo-classical, whilst also continuing to develop on their math-rock tendencies with rapid-fire time signature changes, angular rhythms and melodic yet frenetic piano work. Tres features vocals from Chon's Mario Camarena, La Dispute's Jordan Dreyer and Canadian singer Dominique Fils-Aimé.
