Like an RPG, the business game has character types, player levels and ranks, interactions with other characters, rules to follow, quests to participate in, rewards to collect and varying ways to make progress and advance to higher levels.

In nearly three decades working in business, Kerry has observed that the people who are the most successful are not necessarily the smartest ones nor the ones who do their jobs the best, but rather the ones that Òplay the gameÓ the best. This book is intended to break down the game into its components, identify how the game is played, provide insights into optimally playing the game and suggest techniques to advance to higher levels.
