The Human SUCLA2 (Succinate--CoA ligase [ADP-forming] subunit beta, mitochondrial) ELISA Kit measures SUCLA2 in Human Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti SUCLA2 antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with SUCLA2 bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of SUCLA2 in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

Great swaddlers alternative when the Velcro became an issue

I bought these because my daughter (12 months) started undoing the Velcro on her diapers, even through her clothes. Finding her soaking wet enough times led me to look for a solution. I really like these and will enjoy them until she finds her way out of them. They’re just as absorbent as Swaddlers and the overnights, and she never gets a rash in them. Only downside is the blowout barrier on the legs is much smaller, so she does have some blowouts out the side. The Swaddlers has more material there to prevent blowouts. These are also cheaper than Swaddlers and overall great quality. Soft and absorbent and I don’t have to worry about her even through a 13 hour sleep at night. That thing will weigh 5lbs when I pull it off her but it doesn’t leak! These are going to be our go to diapers as long as she doesn’t learn to pull them off.
