Suggested Use: Apply to temples, under the nose for adults, front/back of chest, bottom of feet or use fingers to apply for adults and children. Breathe Eaze can be used in a bath or shower as well. Use as needed.
For small children, bottom of the feet is often the best method of application for congestion.

2. Breathe Eaze Roller has the same essential oil blend as the cream.
Additional Ingredients: Organic Sweet Almond Oil

Apply to affected areas as needed for chest and/or sinus congestion. May also he used to help minor skin conditions, cuts & scrapes. Antimicrobial action. Breathe Eaze can be used in a bath or shower as well. Use as needed.

NOTE: It is always best to test new products on a small area first to ensure you do not have a reaction, especially if you have sensitive skin.

3. Breathe Eaze Inhaler has the same essential oil blend in a convenient inhaler.
AROMATHERAPY INHALER USAGE
Unscrew the cover, hold the rounded tip of the inhaler under your nose and inhale for 5 seconds. Hold this breath for 5 seconds and slowly release to another count of five. Repeat this process for your other nostril. You may want to use your finger to close one nostril at a time. Repeat 2-3 times if desired.
Once complete, securely replace the cap to ensure the potency of the essential oils are are preserved. Each inhaler will last at least 3 months.
