Histamine is a powerful blood vessel dilator involved in gastric acid secretions and neurotransmission in the central nervous systems.

L-Histidine is thought to play important roles in proper joint, neurological and cardiovascular support. It is significant in the growth and repair of tissues, the maintenance of myelin sheaths that protect nerve cells, and is also needed for the production of both red and white blood cells.

Pure L-Histidine Ingredients:
L-Histidine Base 600 mg

Other Ingredients: gelatin, may also contain: microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide and vegetable stearic acid.

Does not contain starch, corn, milk, wheat, yeast, sugar, eggs, salt, binders or artificial colors, flavors, preservatives and fish derivatives.

Suggested Use:
Adults: Take 1 to 3 capsules daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. It is recommended that this product be taken with vitamins and minerals.

Avoiding using this product if you have elevated Histidine or histamine levels. These may include manic-depressives, those with schizophrenia, problems with chronic allergies, pregnant women or women with PMS. Individuals who have hypertension should exercise caution, and those with peptic ulcers and excessive gastric juices should avoid Histidine supplementation.
