Rich from barrel fermentation and aging, this wine shows poached pear and butterscotch flavors. The wine is round; medium bodied with balancing acidity and toasty oak that lengthens the finish. Production Notes: This wine is 100% barrel fermented in French and American oak barrels 25% new. Aged sur lie for 6 month
