PRODUCT DETAILS:
Member's Mark® Aluminum Steam Table Pans make any catered event easier to put together and to clean up after. These ultra-sturdy pans are portable, keep foods warm and fresh, and are 100% recyclable. The steamer pan pack includes 18 disposable pans made with heavy-grade aluminum. Each pan is capable of holding an array of hot meals or just water to facilitate the steaming process for smaller pans in a chafing setup. These sheet pans are also safe for use in the oven and freezer.
How to Use Member's Mark Aluminum Steam Table Pans
Though they serve a variety of uses, these sheet pans are particularly designed to sit over a Member's Mark wire chafing stand to serve as a steam table pan to keep foods piping hot. In addition to the wire chafing stand, there are matching Member's Mark lids that are sold separately. Food can be baked and served in these pans or they can be used as a steam pan when positioned between a chafing stand and half-sized pans. These aluminum pans are excellent for any catered event, including wedding receptions, birthday parties, corporate events, and more. The pans are also portable and make it easy to move food from the kitchen to the buffet area and back again. Clean-up is a breeze, as well, as these pans are recyclable.
