Note: Archival envelopes should not have center seams. Pressure on the seam from adjoining files will usually fall in the center of the contents and over time may cause damage.
- Balanced side seams sealed with pH-neutral adhesive on the outside provide a smooth inner surface
- Seams are on the long sides to provide equal thickness in storage and prevents, files stacks from "fanning"
- Flaps are on the short side, with a 2.5" non-adhesive flap
