Ursprünglich ein Pet Nat aus Melnik-Trauben , erkannte man sein großes Potenzial und beschloss, ihn zu einem Champagner von höchster Qualität zu veredeln. Das Weingut Logodaj gehört zu den etablierten, etwas größeren Produzenten in der Region Melnik und ist bekannt für seine Schaumweine aus der Rebsorte Melnik, sowohl Rosé als auch Rotwein (wir haben sie im Angebot: Rosé Nobile, Melnik 55 in Magnumflaschen und normalen Flaschen und jetzt neu: Bubbles).

Sorte: 100 % Wide Melnik-Rebe – die Lieblingsweinsorte von Winston Churchill

Terroir: Die Weinberge befinden sich im Struma-Tal – die Böden sind überwiegend lehmig, kalkreich, das Klima kontinental mit großen Tag-Nacht-Schwankungen ist ideal für natürliche und strukturierte Weine.

Weinbereitung: Der Wein wird nach der Méthode Ancestrale hergestellt – erste Gärung im Edelstahltank, zweite Gärung in der Flasche über mehr als 5 Jahre auf der Feinhefe, ohne Zugabe von Zucker oder Eichenholz.

Farbe: Goldgelb und funkelnd mit cremiger und anhaltender Perlage
Aroma: Intensiv und elegant – Noten von weißem Obstherz, Honig, Wald, Kräutern und Zitronenbutterkuchen.
Geschmack: Vollmundig und harmonisch, mit einer komplexen süß-sauren Balance, einem feinen Perlagespiel und einem langen malzig-mineralischen Abgang.
