Lese
Um eine ausgewogene Reife der Trauben zu gewährleisten werden Trauben und Blätter im Sommer mehrmals ausgedünnt. Die Trauben werden bei der Ernte ausgewählt, von Hand gelesen und zum Trocknen in kleine Kisten gelegt.
Trocknung
Die Trockenzeit dauert ca. drei Monate, wobei die Trauben 35% ihres Gewichtes verlieren und eine optimale Zuckerkonzentration erreichen.
Ausbauart
Die teilweise angetrockneten und kalten Trauben werden entstielt und temperaturkontrolliert bei 10° vergoren. Nach ca. 10 Tagen wird mit dem Untertauchen des Tresterhutes und dem Umpumpen begonnen und nach weiteren 30 Tagen wird der Trester vom neuen Wein getrennt, der seine langsame Gärung in kleinen Fässern aus französischer und amerikanischer Eiche und ungarische Akazie fortsetzt. Der Wein reift 20 Monate in Barriques, darauf folgen weitere 6 Monate Flaschengärung.
Eigenschaften
Volle rubinrote Farbe, reif und dicht. Eine Explosion fruchtiger Aromen, mit Anklängen an reife dunkle Beeren und ätherischen, im Bukett angenehmen Röstaromen. Mineralische und würzige Noten mit Anklängen von Vanille und Butter. Auch am Gaumen erweist er sich als großer Wein. Der hohe, sehr gut eingebundene Alkoholgehalt unterstreicht die vollen Tannine und lässt ihn voll und harmonisch am Gaumen wirken. Deutlicher und langer Abgang.
Speiseempfehlungen
Ein idealer Begleiter zu Wild, dunklem Fleisch und reifem Käse. Uhrsrpung des Namens Masetto stammt aus dem lateinischen „Mansum“, einem Gebäude mit angrenzendem Ackerland, das den römischen Legionären als Prämie verliehen wurde. Seit 1885 ist es der Ort, an dem sich das Endrizzi Weingut befindet und die Identität der Endrici Familie ausdrückt. Die önologische Exzellenz von Endrizzi, die über die Grenzen des Teroldego hinausgeht.

The basics of building a business

This workbook is a companion piece to the book of the same name. It takes a start up entrepreneur through all the initial barriers to start up, methods to overcome barriers and fundamentals of starting up a business. I like the way it starts at the beginning of developing a vision and mission statement and continues to walk you through defining your ideal customer, goal setting, developing a unique value proposition and a business model canvas. It emphasises the importance of a SWOT analysis and having a sound financial plan. I like the way the workbook provides space for you to work through your own thought processes and financial plan for getting your business off the ground. It is a sound method to use for a person beginning their business journey to make sure they cover all the vitally important steps to starting their own business.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL

I can't even give this one star, but I had to put at least one. SUCH a disappointment!! It says "workbook" and it is nothing of the sort! There are 34 pages of "content" which is almost useless. Just about anyone going into a business would know what's there. Don't waste your money!!
